    I required assistance regarding my refrigerator after unplugging & cleaning it, afterwards it wouldn't restart. Steve was so kind to walk me through some problem solving tips to get it running. His knowledge & experience was so efficient that he was able to explain in detail what the concern was & how to get my refrigerator back up & running.
